RUN$50 Gas Card Drawing — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, officers, and immediate family/household members of RunItUp and MyRunner are not eligible.
2. Sponsor
RunItUp (the "Sponsor"). Contact: hello@runitup.app.
3. Entry Period
The drawing runs on a rolling monthly basis. Each entry period begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of the same calendar month.
4. How to Enter
Online entry: Submit a valid email address through the RunItUp waitlist form during the entry period. Limit one (1) entry per person per entry period.
Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): Mail a 3"x5" card with your full name, complete mailing address, email, date of birth, and the words "RunItUp Gas Card Drawing" to the Sponsor at the email above to request a postal address. One AMOE entry per outer envelope.
5. Prize
One (1) winner per entry period will receive a $50 USD prepaid gas card or equivalent fuel credit. Total approximate retail value (ARV): $50. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Winner will be selected in a random drawing within seven (7) days of the entry period close and notified by email. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Conditions
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or undeliverable entries. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, Amazon, or any other gig platform.
9. Privacy
Information submitted is collected by the Sponsor and used in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
