The 4 things that move ratings

• Clean car. No food smell, no crumbs, no driver-funk. Open the door, take a sniff. Would you ride in this?
• Quiet music, low volume. Default to silence and let the rider lead.
• GPS shows where you're going. Don't 'know a shortcut' — riders panic.
• Don't talk first. Say 'Hey, how's it going' once. Then let them decide if they want to chat.
